Trainer & Business Mentor
Safa’ Seder is an experienced instructor and project manager currently serving at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU), where she teaches at the Applied Professions College and manages the PJDVET ERASMUS+ project. She holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Aram American University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Birzeit University.
Safa’ is a recognized National Key Facilitator (Trainer) for the International Labor Organization (ILO) under the Know About Your Business (KAB) entrepreneurship program. Her expertise includes idea generation, marketing, financial training, and business plan development. Additionally, she is an accredited trainer with several prominent organizations, including the Palestinian Education for Employment Foundation (PEFE) for Work Readiness and Workplace Training, the International Youth Foundation (IYF) in Life Skills and Social Entrepreneurship, and the PPU Business Incubator.
With over 12 years of experience, Safa’ has worked extensively as a trainer, mentor, and advisor in business entrepreneurship. She has collaborated with a wide range of local and international organizations such as PPU Business Incubator, ILO, GIZ, IYF, PEFE, UNIDO, UNDP/PAPP, SOS, Cewas, and India Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC). Recently, she led a Training of Trainers program in business entrepreneurship for educators from various institutions, benefiting the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education.
