Luay Shahin is an expert in business consultation, renewable energy systems, and industrial solutions, with extensive experience supporting private companies, governmental institutions, and non-profit organizations in the Palestinian market. He has built strong networks with universities, unions, and government bodies, providing strategic guidance, technical assistance, and project implementation support across diverse sectors.
His expertise includes developing detailed project work plans, advising on implementation strategies, and facilitating effective coordination among stakeholders. As a member of the Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) at Palestine Polytechnic University, he has contributed to advancing intellectual property policies, raising awareness at the academic level, and supporting inventors and innovators in bringing their ideas to life.
In the field of renewable energy, he has conducted comprehensive technical and financial assessments for the feasibility of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) systems on governmental and municipal buildings in Hebron, as well as delivering energy auditing services to improve efficiency and sustainability for both public and private entities. Additionally, he has collaborated with the USAID Compete Project to design and implement advanced machinery and industrial solutions in the agriculture, food processing, and stone sectors, ensuring practical and sustainable outcomes.
