Eng.Ashraf with more than two decades of experience in automotive engineering, TVET program development, and capacity building. He served for 10 years as Director of the Continuing Education Department, where he led the design and implementation of numerous professional diplomas, training programs, and funded projects. Certified as both an entrepreneurship trainer (ILO’s Know About Business) and a Design Thinking trainer, Ashraf combines innovation with practical expertise to prepare youth and professionals for the challenges of the modern labor market. Passionate about education reform and sustainable industry–academia collaboration, his work focuses on empowering youth, fostering entrepreneurship, and advancing technical and vocational education in Palestine.
