Razan Awawdeh is a development and fundraising professional with strong expertise in international cooperation, donor engagement, and project planning. She holds a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development and has built extensive experience working with donors such as the EU, USAID, UN agencies, Arab Funds, GIZ, NORAD, and other bilateral and multilateral partners for more than two decades.

Alongside her work in proposal development, grants management, and strategic planning, Razan has been engaged in mentorship and capacity-building for more than 15 years. As a certified life skills trainer of the Passport To Success (PTS) Program, in addition to her certification as a green entrepreneurship mentor, she has guided young entrepreneurs in developing sustainable business ideas and strengthening their 21st-century skills. She regularly supports initiatives that empower women and youth through training, mentorship, and entrepreneurship development, with a strong focus on creating opportunities for inclusive and sustainable growth.
