Industrial Development and National Product Protection Director / Ministry of Industry
Eng. Mohanad Hassam Eid Al Khatib is a senior professional with more than 20 years of experience in industrial development, intellectual property, and entrepreneurship support served as the National Focal Point for the Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) in Palestine, in cooperation with WIPO.
Throughout his career, he led strategic initiatives in intellectual property rights, company registration, and the development of the national innovation ecosystem. He is now the Director of Industrial Development, where he continues to play a key role in shaping policies that strengthen startups, SMEs, and sustainable economic growth.
Holding a B.Sc. in Industrial Automation Engineering from Palestine Polytechnic University, along with extensive international training (WIPO, USPTO, Korea, China, EU), he combines strong technical expertise with proven institutional leadership. He is committed to fostering innovation, protecting intellectual property, and empowering entrepreneurs to transform ideas into successful, market-ready businesses.
