Based in Hebron, Palestine, he has led transformative initiatives across academia, industry, and civil society—empowering organizations to adopt environmentally responsible practices and fostering innovation in the green economy.

As Vice President for Planning and Development at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU), Aiman has spearheaded the university’s transition toward an entrepreneurial and sustainability-driven model. His leadership includes developing strategic plans, launching market-responsive academic programs, and coordinating partnerships with governmental and non-governmental entities to advance sustainable development goals.

Aiman’s training portfolio spans a wide range of green business topics, including resource efficiency, lean production, occupational safety, and environmental business planning. He has delivered workshops and certified training programs for universities, chambers of commerce, NGOs, and international agencies such as UNIDO, GTZ, and USAID. His expertise also includes curriculum development in strategic planning, operations management, and total quality management—all tailored to support sustainability and innovation.

Aiman holds an MBA in Corporate Strategies and Economic Policies from Maastricht School of Management and a B.Sc. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University.
