Since 2008, the Palestine Polytechnic University Business Incubator (PPU-BI) has been implementing a wide range of entrepreneurial programs and projects—either independently or in partnership with donors, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations. Over more than 18 years of continuous operation, the incubator has proven to be the most sustainable in Palestine, maintaining uninterrupted activities and building extensive expertise in empowering youth and women through innovation and entrepreneurship.
🚀 The incubator’s methodology is based on an integrated approach that combines pre-incubation, incubation, and acceleration phases, while fostering strong linkages between academia and industry. This model has been successfully replicated across various sectors, including cultural, environmental, social, and business entrepreneurship, and further expanded through strategic partnerships with donors, NGOs, local universities, and the private sector.
đź’ˇ These programs build on a long-standing legacy of experience, offering a scalable and replicable model for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. By integrating academic education with practical application, the incubator fosters collaboration between universities, the private sector, and international development partners, thereby enhancing economic empowerment opportunities and advancing sustainable development in Palestine.
